Torry Blaque Departs Mizanga Records, Announces Name Change

Akorede Boluwatife John, the artist formerly known as Torry Blaq, has officially parted ways with his record label, Mizanga Records, citing personal reasons for the decision. 

The talented singer, who joined the label in February 2023, released four songs during his one year and seven months with Mizanga Records, including notable hits like "Chocolate," "Ibadi," "Jo," and "Ghana Jollof." 

In a heartfelt message to his fans, the artist shared his excitement about this new phase in his career, which includes a rebranding to the name "Torry Blaque." He expressed gratitude to his loyal supporters and reassured them that the essence of his music will remain the same, promising continued creativity and inspiration through his songs.

"This change represents a fresh start, a renewed creative vision, and a deeper connection to my music," Torry Blaque wrote. "I'm thrilled to embark on this new path with you by my side."

Fans can look forward to new music and exciting updates from the artist as he continues to evolve in his artistic journey.
